Before you Begin.
If you currently have a user id for the FSA portal, you do not have to go through the registration process, you can skip down to Step 1, but you will need to contact us to reset your current password. Please call us at 1-877-747-4141.
If you have a Continuon Services FSA Card you can use the card number to complete your registration. If you do not have an FSA Card, you must contact Continuon Services at 1-877-747-4141 or email@example.com to get your Employer ID.
Begin Registration – User Registration.
You must click “Register” in the upper right hand corner of the FSA Site and then complete all required fields on the registration page as shown in the image below. The password must be at least eight characters with at least one non-alpha character.
Participant ID is your SSN (Social Security Number) without hyphens. Example: 012345678.
Step 1. Select Picture and Passphrase
You will be provided with step-by-step instructions and once you click “Begin Setup Now,” you will be taken to Step 1 of the Registration process and you must enter a personal phrase and select a picture. This picture and passphrase confirms for you that you are on the WealthCare portal site the next time you log in.

Step 2. Select Security Questions and Answers
You must select four (4) security questions and their respective answers in order to proceed.
Step 3. Register computer (or not)
You have the option to register your computer. If you do so, then next time you login, you will not be challenged with security questions. If you do not register you will be challenged with security questions prior to entering your password. You will have the option each time you login to register your computer.
Step 4. Provide Information
You can confirm your first name, last name and email address.
You will receive a summary of your registration and may change information as necessary.
You are now complete with the registration process, you may now sign in or sign-off.
